cameronParallel Hash Calculation
Parabix provides a method for calculating hash values of symbols or strings in parallel.
Hash values are calculated as BixNums, that is integer values transposed to parallel bit stream form.
The interface for calculating hash values is available in include/kernel/util/bixhash.h.
