Performance issue with colourization

icgrep with colourization is currently very slow.

The following command on master takes 4.7 seconds on AVX-512.

perf stat bin/icgrep  '\p{Cyrillic}{5}' ~/Wikibooks/wiki-books-all.xml  -thread-num=2 -colors=always> xx

However at commit 7a403c44 on October 25, only 0.8 seconds is required.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
