UseLayers segfault issue

When switching between -UseLayers=0 and -UseLayers=1, nfc segfaults. After recompilation with make, a pipeline succesfully compiles and run with either UseLayers enabled or not. But when switching to the opposite mode without recompiling, a segfault occurs.

Observed with Linux/AVX-512.

(gdb) set args ~/Wikibooks/wiki-books-all.xml -thread-num=2 -UseLayers >winfc
(gdb) run
