AddPopcount ProcessingRate
The AddPopcount ProcessingRate is a proposed processing rate that produces output at the rate of processed_count(principal stream) plus popcount(mask). Typically, the principal stream is FixedRate(1), and the mask stream is consumed at the same rate.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
