UseNestedColourizationPipeline=0 issue

This mode has been nonfunctional for a while.

bin/icgrep si -UseNestedColourizationPipeline=0 ../QA/testfiles/simple1 
icgrep ERROR: argument 0 of function call 2 is not a constant, produced by a kernel or an input to the pipeline
