-color flag conflct with LLVM 9

The grep -color flag conflicts with a new flag added in the LLVM codebase in llvm/Support/WithColor.cpp. A resolution is needed.

  1. Should we systematically eliminate LLVM command line options?
  2. The color attribute in llvm/Support/WithColor.cpp has a similar role, perhaps we just replace our "color" flag with the builtin.
