nfd-filter-first issue with isFromCurrentFunction

Commit #4b4d5c35 of nfd-filter-first has the following error when running nfd.

nfd: /home/cameron/parabix-devel/lib/kernel/core/kernel_builder.cpp:773: bool kernel::isFromCurrentFunction(const KernelBuilder&, const llvm::Value*, bool): Assertion `"value is null?" && allowNull' failed.

However, consider that the define at line 794 is enabled.

In this case, the the correct expected output is produced.
