Test case "no bits" is failing on LLVM 9 (update: LLVM 9.0.1)
Description
Testing streams with all zeroes (no bits) is currently failing when building with LLVM 9. I tried it with other LLVM versions and it seems fine.
Repro Steps
- Build the project with
LLVM 9LLVM 9.0.1 - Run make kernel-tests
